After compiling a remarkable record from 1962 to 1966 that saw him lead the National League in ERA all five years, win three Cy Young awards, and pitch four no-hitters including a perfect game, Koufax essentially disappeared. Save for his induction into the Hall of Fame and occasional appearances at the Dodgers training camp, Koufax has remained unavailable, unassailable, and unsullied.

Great production of Hemingway’s wonderful book. Coop is Robert Jordan; joined by his frequent costar at Paramount Akim Tamiroff, & his beautiful leading lady, Ingrid Bergman.
I can’t recommend this Lux Theatre any highly, than to say, read the book, & watch a copy of the film.
You will thank me.

As one of the most prolific actors from Old Time radio, William Conrad always amazes me with his honest, well rounded performances, none of which can equal his superb characterization of Marshal Matt Dillon.
A true treat for any fan of the series or of the Western genre, his Matt is a man of principle & integrity in a world that is sadly lacking in 2018.
