Entertaining and useful
Love the way that Michelle uses her own experiences to demonstrate the topics she’s talking about. There’s a lot of sound advice in here.

Say goodbye to analysis paralysis. Helped me overcome indecision.
As someone who struggles to make decisions in my professional and personal life, this book was a breath of fresh air! It helped me recognize patterns in my life where I’m overanalyzing things, and getting stuck in indecision. So the 2 second decision technique was amazingly helpful for me in my daily life.

Life changing
This book not only gives you the tools to want to make changes but when you start to apply them right away like I did you feel like your on top of the world like a whole new person I been making quick decisions and using the number system on them long term and short term tasks and value’s. What I like best is that I don’t feel like I’m always trying to please everyone I make the choices for myself so that I’m happy and with doing that it is giving me a new perspective on things and how if you put yourself first and make your own decisions everything else seems to fall into place and your a lot happier see before I always wanted to make everyone else around me happy and do what I think is best for them but since this book I do what’s best for me and In return I’m starting to see that I’m happier and by me being happier it makes the people around me happier and I get to choose for myself and I get to speak my mind I been using it at work and I feel great after I say what’s on my mind fast simple choices without thinking and the best part is your first thought is usually what you’re really feeling or thinking in the first place well for me it is so please read or listen to the book and you to will start to see changes when you start to apply them to everyday life
