The word “sex” evokes a vast range of emotions from love and excitement to anxiety and disappointment. Is sex just about biology and procreation, making sure the species continues? Or is it about intimacy, sharing, closeness, and tenderness?

Is sex about the act or is sex about the intimacy shared by the act? Is sex about the orgasms or is it about the connection, touching, cuddling, and canoodling? Do you need intercourse for intimacy? Is intimacy only experienced in the bedroom?

Intimacy is key to having a healthy, functional, and overall happy relationship.

In most culture, sex/lovemaking/intercourse is not discussed, explored, or a polite topic of conversation. For a fulfilling and satisfying sexual relationship, communications is important, yet many couples find it difficult to talk about sex.

Can you talk to your partner about sex?
Are you comfortable with your sexuality?
Do you know your partner’s sexual strategy?

Our attitude, beliefs, and emotions determine our thoughts and feeling about sex. Limiting beliefs can interfere with a healthy, fulfilling, satisfying sexual relationship. If we want to make changes in our lives, we have to recognize, acknowledge, and take ownership of our beliefs and emotions. The limiting beliefs then need to be eliminated on the subconscious level. EFT Tapping can do just that.

EFT Tapping is a simple, yet highly effective tool to heal our issues by addressing the cause and not just the symptoms. Healing the symptoms does not heal the underlying cause.

Tessa established a life coaching practice in 1996, when life coaching was in its infancy. After several years, she realized she needed a tool, technique, or method to aid them in dealing with their stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, not feeling empowered, or successful. She knew she needed a tool to change the limiting beliefs.

Her livelihood depended on the success of her clients.

A friend that managed a bookstore suggested a book on EFT Tapping. She wasn’t sure how tapping our head would help, but she soon discovered she found the right tool to change limiting beliefs.

As a life coach, working with hundred of clients one-on-one, day after day, year after year, she learned how to effectively utilize tapping. She learned that clearing an emotional memory was different from clearing beliefs. She learned for EFT Tapping to work, we needed to find and address the underlying cause of an issue.
