The person narrating the book is grating. The book is great, the narrative is painful. Little better than Siri reading me paragraphs. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, especially when the info is good and benefits the listener, but I couldn’t even finish listening to the first chapter and am going to have to buy a paper copy. I’m really sorry but anybody reading this should buy the paper copy

Good content, aweful narrator
Not sure what happened to this narrator, but this is far from natural speech. It sounds like two people switching speak roles mid-sentence every few seconds. Cranking the speed up to 1.2 made it bearable and less a pain listening to.
The content of the book is good though.

I love thi6 book it is my go to guide to help new converts and those that are struggling to hearing God's voice.
Spirit of Pharisee is one of my favorite parts of this book I had to go back and repent as the author did.
I think the narrator was outstanding 👏

Good book but not on audible

Mark and Patti Virkler, thank you!
This is an excellent book on hearing God's voice that has really helped me. I'm excited to have been introduced to the Virkler work recently and am consuming all I can. It answers many questions and fills in many holes.
The mechanical narrator was a bit distracting sometimes.
