Wow...loved it

Omg....the close to the series was more awesome than I had hoped. The story so cute and encouraging. I think of how I need to let go of my fears for my dream to happen. Love is a powerful thing. OMG....the end made me so happy to hear about everyones relationships was beautiful. Alma is my fictional Nonna now...lol

The best in the series

Leo Landry is the starting cornerback for the New York Mavericks and although I have no idea what that means it sounds interesting.

From the first page to the last I was invested in Leo and Gemma Holden‘s story. Full of humour, laugh out loud, (who am I kidding - snort worthy moments) and incredibly sexy this book will draw you in and you won’t want to put it down. I finished it in almost one go; I just kept saying, one more chapter until sadly it ended.

The banter and camaraderie in this book was outstanding, I felt myself smiling almost continuously and don’t get me started on Leo’s aunt who almost stole the book. What an amazing character Aunt Alma is and in fact I would so love a book based on her. (Hint Hint Max Monroe) .

It is true fate works in mysterious ways and when Leo and Gemma meet it is so outrageously funny that I couldn’t stop laughing.

I loved catching up with the “Maverick” family and their friends, to me it is like coming home.

Nona

I’m halfway through & I need to know where I can find Nona Alma! She’s fantastic! The book as a whole is good. But Alma takes all the cake!

Charming

Adorably sweet, endearing and heartwarming journey to go on with Leo and Gemma. I absolutely enjoyed every single moment of this story.

Laughing Out Loud

This story hard so many laugh out loud moments. So sweet and heartfelt while also making you want more.

Easy listening

Sweet story, lovable characters, low angst, wasn’t over the top fiction, and the male character wasn’t a “manwhore” - thank god for that- it cheapens the story and the female character. I’d listen to the series again

Best For Last

No spoilers on this review. If this is the last of this series... it's a perfect ending.
I read along to the narration and couldn't get enough of the nonna/Alma character. Technically, she should have been called Zia (aunt in Italian) and not nonna (grandmother)..... that woman was spitfire. She is the new goal for my life. The dialog and banter is hilarious. Leo did everything right. Gemma was blessed for Abby's intervention. The story was wonderful.

I truly enjoyed this series.. All four books wrre very interesting and a pleasure to listen to. I love happy endings.💕
