Great resource for beginners!

As a seasoned real estate investor, I’m always looking for ways to up my game. Even though this audiobook is geared toward beginners, I learned a couple of great nuggets that I plan to apply on my next investment property. I wish this book existed when I started out. It’s a great guide for investing in real estate with easy to understand explanations and excellent advice. I highly recommend.

I have been hearing that the real estate business is worth trying but did not know how to go about it. Thanks yo this book it has provided me with the inside of what it takes to start and go about a real estate business.This book has served as a motivation to me .

I was always interested in learning more about how the real estate business work, but I didn’t know how to get started. That’s why I listened to this book to learn about it. This book explains the different types of properties, how to find a suitable property, and what you need to prepare in each step with detailed checklists. A good learning book in real estate investing!

I have a brother who is a business in real estate investment. I heard him talk about how he came into this business. I wasn't sure I wanted to invest in real states since the prices are skyrocketing. However, this book is a guide for Beginners to Making Passive Income and Achieving Tremendous ROI in real estate investment. After listening to this audiobook my views have changed and I might seriously look into investing in real estate business.

Great for new and experienced investors

This book is packed with excellent advice and education for everything you want to know about real estate investing. As a new investor, this book eased my fears of the unknown aspects of property management and gave strategies and alternatives to make it more comfortable. Highly recommend- the narrator was very easy to listen to.

I’m amazed at how much I’ve learned in just a couple hours. My partner and I have made it to a point where we want to explore this. This book helped so much. It’s been helpful to know the practices and types of real estate. This will launch us into more exploration of the subject. Highly recommended.

Amazing Book!

My wife and I started considering more real estate investing, so we came across this book and really want to listen to it. We will buy the physical copy as well just to have it for taking notes. Very good book. I highly recommend it for people that are thinking about investing in real estate for the first.

Excellent Beginner's Guide

I have been looking for a way to earn passive income, and I’ve always heard that real estate investing is the way to go. However, I don’t know much about it so I wasn’t sure if it was something I could actually do.
I enjoyed this book because it is well written and engaging. It gives you easy to follow strategies which I appreciate as a beginner. The author explains things very simply and it is obvious that he knows what he’s talking about. The value he provides in this book is priceless.
I appreciated all of the modules but especially enjoyed learning how to locate the perfect property.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is sick and tired of having other people dictate when and how much you have to work!
