I love the affirmations! I start my morning listening to one chapter and it helps me go through the day with a greater sense of peace and positivity. I also love the chapter about how and why it works and ways to create your own affirmations.

Another fine Affirmation Title by Hyang...
Msr. Oliver narrates pleasantly, though slightly longer pauses would serve to allow repetition, still A+!
