This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Put This Author in your Little Black Book
Witty, clever, funny, intelligent and sad. The mystery is not classic but what a journey this book is from start to finish. Loved the smart mouthing Sophie. You could base a series on this character. The narrator did a top job and is perfectly suited to capturing the full range of emotions in this book.
