I want to live my life in peace for a little while as opposed to pieces. I don’t know who I have to bribe to catch a break, but I’m willing to pay the big bucks.
Apparently, no one got the memo. Midlife is one messy ride.
Fine. I’m off to Lexington, Kentucky to find a self-proclaimed dragon who sports a mullet, beer belly and delusions of Immortal grandeur. This time he’s gone too far. He’s messed with me and mine for the last time.
The way to end a dragon is to remove his tail. We thought we had. A tail is in the back. Right?
Wrong.
So, so wrong.
With the love of my Immortal life by my side along with a few smack-talking, geriatric Nephilim and a foul-mouthed, toothpick loving Keeper of Fate, I’m ready.
And when it’s done, I’m taking a freaking vacation. I’ve earned it.
It’s time to slay the dragon for good.
This time there will be no mercy.

I have loved this series from book one. I normally don't leave reviews, but this series always keeps my attention and has me laughing. Candy Vargo has become my favorite character! I highly recommend this series!

This is the 11th book with Daisy and her family and friends that live in an eternal war against good and evil! It’s imaginative and the dialogue is colorful with expressions and colloquialisms that I haven’t heard in years! But with more plot twists and reintroducing characters that had gone into “the light hits beginning to get tedious!

Another gem!
I dare you to talk about things from this series completely out of context with someone who has never read them - you’ll sound insane. It’s kind of fun. Idk how but it works and I come back for the next book over and over again no matter how long it’s been between books. If we were in an apocalypse (debatable if that’s actually currently going on) I would use these books to keep me sane. Not sure it would help but it would make me laugh a lot.
