Glenda Cedarleaf MSW combines her deep, thorough understanding of the science and psychological impact of Lyme disease with her gifts for artful, poetic language and skillful guided imagery technique, narrating potent healing suggestions in her signature soothing voice. The first meditation in this program helps listeners imagine healing shifts in mind, body and spirit, with guided imagery and affirmations specifically targeting the cellular, physiological and symptomatic impact of Lyme Disease.
Her gentle but potent narrative acts like a depth charge, embedding in the listener a continuous desire and drive for healthy behavioral changes and the adoption of incremental shifts in habits and attitudes, to support living well with Lyme.
