Positive and relaxing !

This book is filled with several different affirmations for any situation such as exercise and self- esteem and don’t worry, the beginning tells you how to use them! Although the affirmations are geared towards kids with ADHD, they could definitely be used by anyone! Highly recommend!!

The author did an amazing job crafting the best possible affirmations for children that have ADHD to help boost their self-esteem and optimism, improve focus and control impulses. Above all see the positive side of ADHD. The narrator's voice is extremely soothing and perfect for kids. The background music is also very relaxing and sets the mood for a great meditation session.

A good resource for the toolbox

Its been a challenge to get the support I need for my child. I've found I need a series of resources to help him. These affirmations have been beneficial for my son so far and even to me. I highly recommend.

ADHD affirmations for kids is an amazing book that has become a lifeline for my daughter who has ADHD.
