Have not tried the technique yet since I just finished listening. But the there is much information in it that I have heard before from different places including the Bible. All of the pieces are falling into place!

I love how simple the book is, I love that it is short, and I feel it has straightforwardly explained everything. The only thing I didn't like was the voice. I like how it was read, but the voice was like she had a cold or something; it just disappeared in some places. And since this is an AI-generated voice, it could be better.
