Do affirmations really work?
Yes. Although it won't happen overnight, studies have shown that over time, speaking positive affirmations have helped to improve more positive thinking, as well as helped to improve better behavior.
Positive self-talk helps to challenge negative thinking. The voice that has the most impact on ourselves is our own. What better time than to start now and to start young?
