56% of the hosts said that they use Airbnb to cover mortgage or rent costs while 42% of hosts use the platform to pay for everyday living expenses.

Good Basis
One of the best parts was going over how to list your Airbnb. They went over what to put in titles, descriptions and what to advertise. I have seen a few listings which were very bare or seemed sketchy so good to learn what not to say.
