Love, heartbreak, regret and redemption all in one story

Loved this books as much as the first two. The story teller is fantastic. The love story which isn't just romantic but also a tell of a mother's love as well is beautiful.
I'm off to the last epilogue book. However, I'm hoping the two side stories can also be found on Audible.

Loose ending.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this series. All three books are well written. I especially enjoyed this one. However, the ending was just abrupt and it leaves one wanting for more. Therefore, I hope Ms. Linden has more to say regarding this family.


Aside from a rather abrupt dissatisfying ending, the book was good and worth the time spent listening to it.

Creative approach gives this love story a fresh focus

Phillipa and Will aren't your typical couple. Her mother is from India, and his family background is based on a huge secret. Loved the surprise ending. The audibook narrator, Beverley A. Crick, is one of my favorites, and perfectly nails the various accents.

No need for long details...

BEAUTIFUL, SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL love story! GET IT! Shows there is more to life than riches...love, TRUE LOVE! And what a fabulous ending! The last chapters are so rich & so full of love, & being human...scared, fragile, after being so strong for so very long-alone! Great in every way! Truly touched my heart!

Good Story- great narrator

I enjoyed this story. The development of friendship and romance without the normal angst was refreshing. But what made this book was the narrator. She is amazing with accents and a nice voice. I have listened to all three in this series. Usually, a female reading the male voice annoys me, but she did such a good job that I didn't mind. From the French American accent in this story to the subtle difference between London and rural accents, she has a real gift. I wasn't sure about the Scottish in the 3rd book, but again she was amazing.

The reader and the story line was most unexpected

The story line was unique and most unexpected. I was thinking he was the duke.

Didn’t think I’d be interested in this story but don’t be fooled. It was an amazing story with lots of surprises. Highly recommend

Great Series

I enjoyed this series. I especially enjoyed how the first and second stories build and laid the foundation for the third story. All stories are very interesting, and can be a stand alone listen. However I would guess that either story will entice you to want to know what happens next. If you want a good series this one is memorable.The third story was exceptional. I haven't listened to the epilogue yet, but intend to.
