The fourth book in Sarah Levi's controversial "Secrets of Pimpology Applied to the Seduction Game" series, "Alpha Male Strategies: How to Meet, Date & Attract Women Who Will Serve You," may be her most divisive to yet. Levi continues his investigation into the dynamics of power and attraction in this volume, this time concentrating on techniques ostensibly meant to guarantee men not only succeed in the dating scene but also land partnerships in which their partners are committed to meeting their demands.
In order to be perceived as 'alpha males' in the dating world, the book presents a number of strategies and mindsets that it believes are necessary for men. According to Levi, men can attract partners who are not only passionately attracted but also prepared to put the man's needs, wants, and wellbeing ahead of their own by adopting specific characteristics and actions. These tactics include everything from mastering the art of relationship negotiation to projecting an air of unavailability and establishing a strong presence.
Regarding masculinity, power, and relationships, listeners can find Levi's viewpoints intriguing, infuriating, or inspirational. In addition to acting as a guide for people it is intended to counsel, the book also acts as a spark for more general discussions around gender norms, relationship ethics, and the changing nature of romantic relationships. Regardless of one's opinion of Levi's work—whether it is considered revolutionary or glaringly archaic—it unquestionably adds to the ongoing discussions about how to balance power and love in the contemporary world.
