Resumen del Editor

An Autobiography of a Testimony is a moving depiction of one woman's struggle to move forward in life after the sudden passing of her family. Describing the hardships she faced and sharing her joy in knowing that the Lord was very present with her through it all, she offers listeners a poignant testimony worth sharing with everyone. The author's meaningful dedications in the book to her late family are a moving aspect of the book that brings listeners into personal moments the author shared with her husband and children. It also brings attention to the author's pain in her loss, and her strong belief that God will reunite them again someday.

The author's comparison to Job, of facing challenges and unbelievable tragedies, is unique in showing how, just like Job, the author refused to curse God because of the sadness, but thanked God for being with her. Her belief that the experiences led her to write a meaningful testimony to impact others is one that will resonate with listeners for its hopefulness and honesty.

About the Author

Delphia Brewington began counseling during the week of the loss of her family in 1979. She began her counseling career a year later. Since that time she was ordained as a Minister in 2003; and continued counseling, and sharing her testimony, for the church she attended in Georgia. Later moving to the Midwest, she continued counseling for her present church home, Stone Hill Bible Church in Joliet, Illinois. She mentors at-risk children and family members. She also started Fishers Of Men Pastoral Counseling in 2002.
