Clarity for Chief of Staff role!

This book was exactly what I needed!! Emily so clearly reveals the differences between an executive assistant and the chief of staff. She defines the role with such clarity. So incredibly grateful to Emily for defining what it is like to be a chief of staff.

Excellent and helpful book.

Excellent, helpful read. This book was recommended from an excellent executive coach. I read this book in an effort to make sure I was working most effectively with my chief of staff who came up from being my executive assistant. It was very helpful learning the difference between a chief of staff and executive assistant, which helped me clarify roles and responsibilities. I’m now more clear on spending additional dollars to elevate my chief of staff, which will increase her ability to be a force multiplier.

This truly is an excellent read for those who have a chief of staff, and for those who are becoming, or already are, chief of staff. I recommend this book to executives who are seeking to lead effectively and who care about the development of their people and effectiveness of their teams.
