Wonderfully entertaining
I am on book 4. I am amazed at how wonderful Jan Karon reads her own books. She is an awesome narrator. My children, 6 and 7, are even getting into them. Thank you, Jan, for making this. I actually look forward to remodeling now, because it is when I can listen to these books!

I didn't realize it was abridged.
I really like the series and was excited to have the opportunity to hear the author narrative. I was extremely disappointed that the bare bones of the book were so sparce and the wonderful details and a good deal of the essence of the take were omitted. Such a great series
I just love this series! I love reading about Father Tim and all the characters. Jan Karon has done such a wonderful job bringing it all together. This is a series I never tire of reading over and over

Comforting cozy read.
Good character development
Excellent uplifting stories. Spiritual but not preachy. Animals and country eccentrics featured.
