Even though bipolar disorder may put us through extreme challenges each and every day, if we are rigorous about taking the right medications and keeping an appropriate lifestyle, we can effectively stabilize the disease and choose a good life.
Darcie Cooper was led by Gods Spirit to present her story to others. God does not want us to suffer. God wants us to know that we do not have to resort to self-harm or suicide. He is always with us. She tells us of her personal journey through life's many obstacles—including tragedy, loss, poor physical health, and bipolar disorder. Our destinies are different, and they call us at different times of our lives, but we can learn to flow with what has been given. Each persons experience with this disease will be unique, but every one of us can find a successful path to staying sane.

Very Truthful and Educational Helpful
Read the book and now listened to the audible book. Amazing truthful writer of her life of suffering from childhood on. To darkness to her journey to light she tells an amazing story that of her Bipolar and much pain how though the love of god and her amazing Psychiatrist and psychologist and therapist and friends who helped her come to find peace.
A must read to those Searching for their own light and peace.

Whoa. A must listen
Soooo much that she went through and yet her faith and family and resilience are amazing. Whether you love someone that suffers a mental illness or have a diagnosis, I think this is a must listen.

Wow..
As a woman of faith with family who are suffering from mental illness I am certainly going to try to get them to listen to her story. So much strength while battling a devastating illness.
