  • In this episode of “Beer, Boos & Boogeymen,” we dove deep into haunted workplaces, sharing personal stories and listener call-ins about the unexplainable and eerie events encountered at various job sites. We kicked off by expressing our gratitude to everyone for joining us for this premiere, acknowledging the importance of community and shared experiences when it comes to the paranormal and UFO phenomena. She candidly discussed another strange occurrence involving the bathroom light turning off and on based on her requests, reinforcing the thematic message of unseen presences influencing our daily lives. We (Damion, Kristen, and Gil) had curious discussions about the supernatural, weaving through Damion’s fervor for unexplained phenomena, from UFOs to spirits. This episode wasn’t just about sharing spooky tales, but also about exploring the larger questions that these experiences prompt—challenging our skepticism and stirring our imaginations. Damion, in particular, shared his thoughts on the importance of such shows and knowledge sharing, hoping to find answers in experiences that lie beyond conventional understanding. One of our callers, Troy, shared a spine-chilling story from his time at a Dollar General store. His encounter with an old lady who appeared mysteriously in the store—only to be proven nonexistent by camera footage—added an extra layer of suspense to our conversation. We also heard from Gregory Fedora, who recalled his eerie experience at the US Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio. The tale of a 20-foot light swinging inexplicably and a machine gun seemingly pointing at a security guard left us and our listeners questioning the reach of the paranormal. We also got the chance to hear from a long-time paranormal investigator. His years of uncovering strange occurrences and his insights made for a compelling segment, broadening our understanding of the paranormal investigation field. Malibu’s story about an evil entity in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, and Tim’s encounter with a faceless person at a red light were stories that resonated with our theme of haunted workplaces and beyond, drawing us all into the chilling experiences shared by our listeners. Throughout the episode, we experienced technical difficulties and yet, the persistence of callers and our dedication to hearing their stories displayed just how hungry people are to share and learn from these mysterious encounters. Through these shared experiences, we highlighted the significance of haunted workplaces as not just spots for ghostly apparitions but also as places that prompt deeper reflection on the afterlife, our belief systems, and the boundaries of what we consider normal. The tales of drawers slamming, footsteps echoing, and lights swinging force us to see our everyday environments through a different lens, reminding us that perhaps, the paranormal isn’t limited to dark, abandoned buildings but can occur even in our common workplaces.
