  • Hello and welcome to the 61st episode of the Still Spinning Podcast. The weather has been a little nutty here in the Midwest so we kick things off by Dan talking a bit about what has been happening and the inclement weather headed towards both Dan and Nicole as the taping was happening. For those who do not know, Dan loves meteorology and has the Dan Deibert Command Center all fixed up to monitor the weather. It was a rough week for Gen X. We lost Shannan Doherty, Dr. Ruth and Richard Simmons so we discuss the impact a few of those people had on us specifically. Dan goes into his issues with Dr. Ruth and we honor their memory. Can we all agree not to shoot people, even when we do not agree? That is our next topic. We do not get political on this show, that is not something we are interested in doing, but we do need to address the fact no one should be shooting anyone. Now on to the fun stuff!
