On Wednesday, the NCAA finalized changes for scholarship limits, which will now allow football teams to give out scholarships to 105 players per season, an increase of 20 from the previous allotment of 85, and should benefit Jedd Fisch and the Washington Huskies as they move into the Big Ten as much as anyone, which could also help Fisch as he continues to add prospects to the 2025 class like safeties Ladarian Clardy and Rylon Dillard-Allen, and wide receivers Phillip Bell, Jerome Myles, and Andrew Marsh. The coaching staff might also try to flip some players that are committed elsewhere like four-star linebacker Matai Tagoa'i and USA TODAY released their preseason All-Big-Ten teams, where Huskies like Will Rogers, Jonah Coleman, Jeremiah Hunter, Carson Bruener, and Kamren Fabiculanan were all left off despite their previous accolades.
