  • This parashah provides a comprehensive overview of the regulations about Parah Adumah, also known as the red cow. Mem (ם) is a closed letter at the end of the word Adam, mem sofit. It refers to Olam Habah, which corresponds to the future world. This is a world that is closed to our physical eyes. Upon Mashiach's return, the eyes of the soul will be opened, allowing contemplation of the Olam haruchanit, the spiritual world. In summary, the Torah, represented by the letter Aleph, enables a person to transcend the physical aspect and reach the world to come.
