  • In this episode, we explore the unique, incarnated experience of fatherhood. You can explain sleepless nights and deep emotions to friends without kids, but only those living the fatherhood journey truly understand. After a decade-long relationship, my wife and I welcomed our first child, and it took me years to fully grasp what my friends with kids were experiencing.


    I share my story of joining a fathers’ group led by my friend and priest, Andreas. Initially reluctant, I soon saw the immense value in these gatherings. Now, I actively create spaces for dads to connect, from one-on-one chats to small community groups.
