A must for active seniors!

As the age of the Earth's population extends its books like this that are needed to ensure that our population ages properly. As I enter my 50s I am learning that I need more exercise than when I was younger. This book is a very well and detail oriented practical guide for a workout system that you can add with weight training. I loved the narration and the included PDF.
