But where a true nice guy and a not-so-genuine nice guy differ is in their authenticity and their expectations of what they deserve to receive from doing so! Our guest is Jason Lang, a men’s embodiment coach, group facilitator, and evolutionary guide, aiming to provide opportunities and support for men’s personal growth. He’s also a certified ‘No More Mr Nice Guy’ coach, a program for men struggling with a fear of making women uncomfortable, which can then in turn hold them back from forming authentic connections. With society’s strongly conflicting views of how a typical ‘man’ should act when it comes to pursuing women, it can be difficult to find a healthy balance. Jason helps open our eyes to a male’s view of relationships, and how their partners can support them in healthy expressions of their emotions.
