    I have the great pleasure of speaking with Caroline Grauel, a Senior Consultant at the Deloitte Neuroscience Institute (based in Hamburg) and founder of her own company, Minding Luxury. She's one of the most renowned expert in neuroeconomics and neuromarketing applied to the luxury industry.


    After graduating in economics and being trained to neurosciences, she decided to turn to business and to become an expert in luxury because of its fascinating and amazing ability to create emotion and a deep connexion within people's heart, and most importantly, their BRAIN.


    In this episode, we deep dive into the relationship luxury brands manage to build and maintain with their customers and / or fans and what occurs in the brain when consumers are facing luxury brands vs usual brands. We try here to understand why we're so deeply attached to them and what pushes us to spend that much money in products we're keen to wait for (with joy and sometimes for years).
