He and his attorney, Ryan Heath of The Gavel Project, have filed a law suit against the Arizona Association of Realtors(AAR) for attempting to suppress his First Amendment right to free speech. This Association is a member of the National Association of Realtors(NAR). This law suit can help to set an important standard for Real Estate Agents across the United States of America who are not willing to trade their FREEDOM OF SPEECH for their livelihood.
