Steps are on point-Religious topics out of subject

Enjoyed the audio book. The steps seem really useful. The life of other people as examples makes it more reliable. The counter part is the inclusion of religion in a full chapter. Believing, faith and hope are required to move forward. However, this is not a religios book, since the religious subjects were mentioned throughout different chapters, then including a full chapter about it makes the book not a 5 star book, due too the lack of consistency on the primary subject.

great help

A friend and I decided that it is time for a change. Ironically, both were reading and/or listening to this book unbeknownst to the other. Following the steps will challenge you to the core but if no one makes the steps for different or better you will the only person who can be the blame. Circumstances. issues and concerns will come regardless so we might as well be on our way to something better than to be caught hoping and wishing we had. Twiddling our thumbs will only make the fingers tired. Every step we take towards a better will almost guarantee we will get there. What choice do we have...twiddle or walk.

Dave answers critics and tackles different topics

I've heard plenty of Dave over the years. Besides certain rehashing of main points, this book genuinely felt packed with new, unheard stories, info, and opinions. I did not expect an entire chapter on billionaires but found it enjoyable.

Dave talks so much for a living, he's a natural when it comes to narration.

Always inspiring

Some reviews state that this book is a sales tactic. But for those working the baby steps, it’s pure motivation and inspiring.

I am a huge Dave Ramsey fan. I have read his other books and I listen to his podcast every day and have for the last five years. This is by far the best book yet! I absolutely love the sharing of his Christian faith.

Reheated favorites

Opens with new data on millionaires in the first few chapters (good info!), followed by a segue into a revisit of the baby steps with some commentary about becoming a millionaire, on having a millionaire mindset and goals. Overall not a bad read. If his original Financial Peace and the book “The millionaire next door” had a baby, this would be it, and Grant Cardone would make a guest appearance to discuss the “get your mind right” part.
