Too much the same…but OK

Passed the time & nothing upsetting in any of the stories, but just OK. The best one was the bonus one at the end!

Great Series

I love it! it was so beautiful how Donna inspired us with the portrayals of faith for the main and supporting characters. It was just enough to touch the faith in the heart of the listener and to encourage it. Joanna’s performance of the characters was crisp and made a discernible difference in each character. I’m going to listen to all thirteen again right now! I wish there were more authors with the strength of faith that Donna shows. I will listen to everything she has done.

Really liked the fact all the books started as soon as one ended. Story lines were good and kept me looking forward to the next.

Good stories

Stories were good. However , chapters don’t need titles…. Especially when they don’t mesh with story or chapter.

Such Great Christian Mysteries!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each of Donna Doyle’s sleuths. Their names are cute and their personalities pristine and full of faith and moral integrity. Each mystery excludes profanity, off color insinuations and degrading remarks. Each time I enjoy one of Donna Doyle’s mysteries I know that they will be interesting, unique and well wrapped up with clues. If you are trying to be a moral and upstanding individual to yourself, and your Lord, these are very nice mysteries to listen to. Her characters, often times, are trying to find the peace of their religion again. I would highly encourage you to give them a chance!

Just OK

Other than the endings of each story being quite abrupt and without any drama, the writing was very one-dimensional, not well developed.
It was fine to binge listen to as I was decluttering my house.

Mystery, great characters, no swearing or graphic violence!

Joanna Roddy did a great job narrating.

The stories are cute. I liked the hidden story of the sheriff and the baker.

Love love love

I love the stories, and I love the voice of the person that is reading now. I can’t wait to read more books by this author.

Fun Light Read

Enjoyed the character and ongoing storyline. All stories built on the main character and were fun to listen to. Nothing serious. Not going to change your life, but if you want a light hearted clean series this fits the bill.
