That’s what Grace Buchanan thought, before her useless car stranded her on the side of a deserted road just inside the Green Valley city limits.

Rule number one for the team owner’s daughter? Don’t date the players. Especially not hotheaded tight ends with tattoos and impulse-control problems. That’s why Dominic Walker is completely off my radar. Sort of. Babysitting the team troublemaker when he’s forced to volunteer for the foundation where I work means I can’t exactly avoid him. I wish I had though. Because once I get to know Dominic, it’s almost impossible to ignore the feelings he brings out in me. Pretty soon, I’m breaking all my rules. I just have to hope he doesn’t break my heart in the process.

The story so sweet! I loved it and how everything goes just right in green Valley! This and the fact Chris Brinkley is the best! I swear that man could read ikea instructions and he would have my undivided attention❤️

love smartypants romance
love this series, love the spin off from Penny Reid's series. will listen to anything narrated by Chris Brinkley. great job karla sorensen for adding more characters to love.

Batter of Wits
Grace Buchanan did not believe in the family curse nope not her, growing up her whole life she heard the tales. Buchanan's curse love at first sight.
She was not going to fall for that oh no she was not.
What she felt was definitely not love at first sight it was hate sooo much hate.
LOL I was think oh no, oh no, no, no, no, noooo but it worked out and I had to trust the process lol because I really enjoyed the interactions between Tucker and Grace.
I hated the situation that Tucker was in, but I had to give the man props for doing the right thing. Even if it was hard.
Grace and Tucker together are explosive no joke. I love that Grace stands up for herself and puts her foot down. She will not be hidden she will not be put on the back burner.
Great narration for this one as well it was great.
