Loved the content, lets get wealthy
I found this book to be very eye-opening on what it takes to own an air-bnb beach house investment property. The author took care to cover pretty much everything that you need to know to be successful. I especially liked the chapter with the 6 steps to finding a perfect property--I'm in the market right now and it was greatly helpful. I also liked all the tips and tricks to become a super host and basically set up the rental to run passively! Listen to this if you're in the market and want to retire early and wealthy!

Thank you!
My husband and I have been talking about investment properties for some time now, but have been focused more on long-term rentals. Short-term rentals, with such frequent turnover, seemed overwhelming. But not anymore! The tips in this book are super comprehensive and now we’re shifting our focus, considering how much more lucrative vacation rentals can be. Good stuff!

Great guide on long-term investing!
Airbnb investing seems to be the way to go after learning the valuable keys to success in this guide. The methods in the book are easy to understand, and The Automated Retirees has made the effort to provide a useful accompanying PDF to help provide additional guidance as you listen. I feel more educated and ready to take on the next step towards building a short-term rental business. I highly recommend this audiobook for anyone wanting to diversify their portfolio with real estate investments.
