Small Scale Fantasy mit Plot Twists, Mystik, Abenteuern und einer Prise Sarkasmus in einem mittelalterlichen Setting. Wer ›Diener des Ordens‹ gelesen hat, findet in ›Bestien von Haygenhast‹ das ein oder andere Easteregg. Dennoch ist dieser Fantasy-Einzelband unabhängig lesbar, spielt jedoch in derselben fiktiven Erdenwelt.
Darum geht's: Während in Haygenhast das Ahnenfest gefeiert wird, flüstert der Wald von Wahnsinn und Tod. Zwei Trunkenbolde betreten zur Mutprobe den Flüsterwald und kehren verändert zurück. Der Handlanger des Königs wird beauftragt, die Mythen zu entschlüsseln und herauszufinden, was den Wald zum Flüstern bringt. Denn die beiden Trunkenbolde waren nicht die ersten und im Dorf erzählt man sich die schaurigsten Legenden.
Gemeinsam mit zwei Kriegerinnen, einem abenteuerlustigen Barden und einem Dörfischen begibt sich der Handlanger in den Flüsterwald, um den Fluch zu brechen.
Doch jeder hat sein eigenes Motiv. Und wer die Aufgabe nicht erfüllen kann, könnte verlieren, was ihm das Wichtigste ist.

Ein packender Fantasy-Thriller aus dem Universum der Erdenwelt. "Bestien von Haygenhast" entpuppt sich als extrem spannend, äußerst humorvoll und räumt nebenher auf natürliche Art und Weise mit den Geschlechterstereotypen auf.
