Lena Premleena Wettergran, a well known coach and group leader in Sweden, has been an Osho counseling therapist, a reiki healing master and more for more than 35 years, Having the experience of thousands of people. Working with individual transformation, awareness and healing lives.
Premleena's own journey began one morning in 1983 when she found herself on the bedroom floor crying for help in despair. From there her transformation magical started... She started on a 12-week transformational inner therapeutic process and has since then spent years in meditation, in the mid-80s, sitting in presence of a master. Finding here own inner voice of silence. Then becoming a counseling therapist, learning different meditative and transforming healing tools.
In the early 1990s, She started to create and facilitate groups and workshops in Sweden.. it became a success and is still happening so...
She offers retreats, sessions, trainings, talks and group processes that provide healing for individuals, couples, leaders, companies, sports teams and organizations. These sessions bring you home to your own inner knowing and wisdom. That transformation is possible for all in all areas of life. It affect your health, wealth, way of loving and leading your self and others.
