Good Story But...

The main story was good, but the sex scenes just made me laugh. it's like trying to force a sexy scene into he storyline in such unnecessary detail. For goodness sake, if I heard the word "breasts" one more time...really? It was so redundant, it was ridiculous!
Stick to the main plot of the story, that was extremely better.

Action, intrigue, love

I had been wanting to Gray’s story since listening to Burnout and was ecstatic to find it on sale. Action, suspense and intrigue come together in a terrific love story of forgiveness and trust as these two fight their way to an HEA.

Intriguing story! Well done.

I really enjoyed this one. It pulled me in from beginning to end and can be read as a standalone though it is the second book in the series. Gray is finally taking out Alex, who he has been interested for months but neither were ready. They have a great date and then things take a sideways turn very quickly with Alex being blackmailed by the Pyramid and Gray being pulled in two different directions. Due to his past he is now having a very hard time trusting Alex and that she has given him all the information. Alex is just trying to get by and get her son the treatments he needs with fighting the rare cancer he has. Gray can't just leave Alex alone either though, he needs and wants to make sure she is protected though he is trying to pull back emotional though has a very hard time actually doing so. This story was well written and engaging with the twists and turns as well as watching the relationship build amidst everything going on. I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next one!
The narrator did a good job with the story and characters and bringing it to life.

this is no happy ending

Lies on top of lies, this is one time when i did not want this woman to get the man. All the woman did was lie, it is not fair to have sex with someone you claim to love without telling them you are married no matter the circumstance. You did not have time to tell him you say. I say BS. Men cant controll their labidos women can. talk then sex. then when the man is upset you say he is the bad guy for not understanding, when you could not give him the courtesy of the truth after he shared his truth. She did not deserve him. why did your son get kidnapped because you LIED. I stopped the series here, I am too upset to spend one more credit with this series, sorry Dom and Daisy.

I’m so loving theses books with the strong women! Yes and he’ll yes, this is a great series. Tea Ofallon is in my top five!!!
