my legs feel stronger
A third of the way through and my legs feel stronger than they have in years. Sure, I've neglected working out my legs on a consistent basis but it sure feels great to feel all my leg muscles firing on all cylinders again. I guess they just needed something crazy like this challenge to kick things back in gear.

My two sons and I are doing this together.
We all about the same range of fitness so it works out, but we're all ridiculously competitive.
Any sign of weakness and you're the laughing stock for the day but all in good fun. This morning...I almost cried in front of my sons...what have I done.
