Corrupt elements of the South African Intelligence Services are stalking Morne Delport, a South African industrialist and his eclectic band of friends. Written by Raylan Wayne, a national security and law enforcement consultant who has advised numerous world leaders on nation building and the rule of law, Broken Covenant is a work of phycological political fiction and a can’t look away epic thriller with several shocking twists. Its characters are fictional, but the scenarios are ones experienced personally by Wayne and ripped from world headlines rarely carried by Western media. The book is reality, and the characters, White characters, Black characters, and Latin characters are well developed and authentic. Life moves pretty fast for these individuals, and you will have to decide whether the characters are good or bad, as well as where reality ends and fiction begins.
