Though "chakra" meant little to the author in 1999, when she was in her 20s and diagnosed with thyroid cancer, it became a fundamental aspect of her healing. One of my favorites
I absolutely love this authors message and tone in this book. It’s so light hearted, honest, and most of so easy to understand. This is great book for someone who newly spiritually awakened and are looking for a good place to start. She breaks everything down so simply but in depth. I just love it. I read and reread this book so often. And each time I learn something new.

Desperately needs a different reader.
I have tried to finish this book and really want to know about it’s content but the voice of the reader is high pitched and squeaky and bounces up and down inappropriately. The inflection seems so wrong. I’ve tried adjusting the volume and speed of the reader but nothing works. Too bad and I really am sad not to finish it.
