Yay for a strong MFC

The character development is great and I loved how the love story built over time… the MMC was the perfect balance of being dom but backing off when it was needed…

Very Very Good!

I’m loving these book series. I especially love how one series leads into the next so I’m patiently waiting on the next book in the Moretti Malice series. This book was Renzo & Shae’s mafia love story & I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the storyline. I’m excited to see what’s next after book 2 in the Moretti Malice series. Will Renzo brother find someone or will she move forward to the next generation of Irish & Italian mafia’s.

Loved it!

This was an epic read. I loved how strong the Female Character Shae is. Not only strong mentally but physically. It was just the cherry on top. I loved the story and I absolutely recommend you to check this story out. The audiobook was beautifully narrated by Aiden Snow and Kelsey Navarro Foster.

A Mafia Adventure Romance

I jumped at the chance to read/listen to this book. Because, though I have only read one or two books by this author, I am an avid reader of survival romance AND Mafia romance. So put them both together and I am in romance heaven!

Shae and Renzo are representing their families when they meet up to do some business. The Byrne & Giordano families currently have an alliance but they doesn't mean they trust each other. They have a grudging respect for each other but that's it.

Then they are betrayed and kidnapped and in a crashing plane. Quite the irritating turn of events. Luckily they find a remote hunting cabin, with a few supplies and a whole lot of alone time. That grudging respect quickly flares into more during the long, cold nights and the fight for survival.

Shae has fought for all the respect and status that she has in her family, so getting sucked in by an Alpha male like Renzo may be tempting but is nothing she could ever take seriously. He has his own family to run and she's not ready to be subservient to any one. She's a freaking powerhouse and I completely understood how hard won her place is within a Mafia family.

Renzo has never been fascinated by someone the way he is with Shae, in fact, they wouldn't even be in this position if he hadn't been drawn to her and wanted another encounter. Now he has the perfect opportunity, albeit in a less than ideal situation, to melt her icy facade. He is up to the challenge.

I loved so many aspects to this book and everything in the wilderness was amazing. I liked the bi-rep with Shae and I thought it was a good twist to have her use her femininity as a weapon. She also a skilled fighter and quick as a whip. She is more than a match for Ren. They were on fire.

I did feel a bit of a weakness in the third act, once we get back to the real world. I was a bit fuzzy on some of the motivations and revenge of our villain. But this was a very solid book and I will add it to my recommendation repertoire.

Narrated by Kelsey Navarro Foster & Aiden Snow with great skill. They were both very compelling voices and I listened to this all in one sitting because they kept me moving through the story.

Mafia & Survival Romance

Craving Chaos is the first book in the Moretti Malice series. This is actually my first Jill Ramsower book, and I was excited to read this one since it has two of my favorite things, mafia and survival. I loved the premise of this and couldn’t wait to dive in.

Renzo and Shae are from two mafia families that have an alliance, the Italian and Irish mafia. They get attacked and kidnapped while they were meeting up for business. The plane crashes in the middle of nowhere and now they are forced to depend on each other for survival. They find a cabin with some limited supplies, and they are able to huddle up together till they find a way out or get rescued.

This leads to a forced proximity and snowed-in situation, and they are having difficulties fighting their attraction for each other. Shae was such a strong heroine who had to fight hard for respect and to get a place of power in the mafia. She doesn’t want to give that up for a man and Renzo is the head of his family. They are falling for each other, but how can they make it work in the real world? I really liked both of the characters, and I felt their chemistry.

I loved the survival aspects of this book, but I wanted more of that. I thought the villain reveal was very interesting but wrapped up pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this book, and I am interested in continuing the series.

I listened to the audiobook, and it was very fast-paced and hooked me from the start. Aiden Snow and Kelsey Navarro did an excellent job bringing these characters to life. Their performances were emotional and exciting.

Great mafia story!

Craving Chaos (Moretti Malice #1) is a forced proximity, mafia romance.

Renzo and Shae’s story was packed full of angst and action. I loved how their connection built over time as they fought to survive. Engaging storyline with interesting twists.

Kelsey Navarro Foster and Aiden Snow did an exceptional job narrating this story and portraying Shar and Renzo.

The strongest couple yet..

Two dominated individuals coming together through lust trust, and love. Love how they respect each other and we're both willing to sacrifice for the love they develop in the cabin. The story was awesome. I look forward to seeing what the rest of the series has to offer.

Mafia with strong female character

Shea and Renzo’s chemistry begins the moment they meet. Shea, a strong female lead, encounters Renzo when she attempts to retrieve the Irish mafia’s guns. However, their first meeting is unsuccessful due to a broken forklift. When they return a second time, they arrive just as someone else is stealing the guns. Both Shea and Renzo are captured, and in an attempt to escape, they end up stranded in the woods in Canada. They must work together to recover from their injuries, find food, and figure out a way to get home.

What a story! Won't disappoint!!

Craving Chaos, an Audiobook by Jill Ramsower is the action-filled, non-stop wild story of Renzo and Shae. Every where Shae goes….Chaos follows. They are enemies. But, when they are thrown together, with no other alternative, they form a truce.

Oooooohhhhhh!!!! I just LOVED these two!!!! Renzo is a powerhouse and fighting for control. Shae is fierce and determined to prove herself. But, the sizzle between them is totally unexpected and can never be!! I didn’t want this story to end!! These two just captivated me and kept me glued to the page!!! Don’t miss this one!!!

This Audiobook was narrated by Aiden Snow and Kelsey Navarro Foster. Loved Aiden’s performance throughout the audio. The tone that Kelsey used for the FMC sounded uncaring and snide, displaying disdain and apathy. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the audio of a book I had already read. Good job!

A VERY ENJOYABLE MAFIA LITE ROMANCE 💕

When Jill Ramsower releases a new book it’s always an auto buy for me because, over the years, she’s never let me down. And Craving Chaos delivered yet another entertaining and enjoyable romance - this time with a badass heroine who can hold her own. There’s nothing vulnerable about Shae.. she’s part of the Irish Brynne Mafia Family where she’s had to compete and prove herself in a man’s world. She’s smart, resourceful, brave, strong-willed and loves her family. Renzo is the new Head of the Italian Morretti Family.. he’s handsome, tattooed, strong and all alpha. So, when he demands Shae be present during an arms exchange, these two alphas don’t get off to a good start. Especially when they’re kidnapped, flown to who knows where, stranded, wounded and have to survive in the middle of nowhere Canada. And their action-packed wild adventure has these two rivals going through a lot of challenges to make it.. especially with their sexual chemistry and the shared bed. Their journey has lots of drama, thrills, tension, feels, humor, twists, teamwork, passion, swoons and chaos in a ‘he falls first’ enjoyable romance.

Worth a credit? It’s Mafia lite.. it’s an enemies-to-lovers love story.. it’s a forced proximity temptation.. it’s got an obsessed hero.. and it’s a “let’s work together to survive” plot that’s filled with all sorts of goodies. And the voice acting by Aiden and Kelsey brilliantly brought their journey to life. So yes, it’s creditworthy.
