Engaging Story in a Rich New World
I am intrigued. Ms Chase has drawn me into her world. We Get clues to Loelei's nature but there must be more to it than just a command of the dead. I look forward to finding out more.

Amazing
I don't know where this series has been my whole life. I've devoured the first and second book in 2 days and can't wait to download the third after I write this review! Plus I love the narrator!! I can not wait to see what the next adventure will be if you like paranormal mystery with a side of sarcasm this is the series for you!

Mistress?
Our MFC just can't help herself. Someone needs help and she can't say no, even though she should. Not just one person but two. One of these problems leads to exactly what she doesn't want, being noticed by the wrong people. We also get some hints to her secrets, as some...creatures make an appearance that sheds a little light on our MFC. Our hot and steamy demon keeps showing interest, so there is hope in a future spicy scene, maybe, possibly, if she can ever learn to trust. No spice in this book, just more of the slow burn.
