Finally I can get a good night rest.
It was really hard for me to get a good nights sleep most of the nights, so i was really happy when i found deep sleep hypnosis! While listening the audio it was able to help me fall asleep in minutes. To be honest if was the best sleep i had in months.
This deep sleep hypnosis is something i really needed, this audio helps relieve stress by helping you get the rest you need to live a stress free healthy life. Im definitely feel so much better knowing i have something to help me sleep. if you are looking for a good night rest, I recommend this!!

Fall A Sleep in Minutes! Deep Sleep, Better Sleep.
This is one of my favorite audiobooks. Anyone who has experienced trouble falling a sleep from a stressful workday, a troubled heart/relationship or illnesses will definitely find this super helpful. I literally fall a sleep in minutes! Having tried so many deep sleep therapies that wouldn't work, I must say that I found this really helpful. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this if you have trouble falling a sleep. Deep sleep hypnosis helps calm my anxiety and have a good night and longer sleep. Its like a mind and body detox, clearing and cleansing your whole being. Its beautiful to be able to fall asleep in minutes.
The narration is epic, uniform and voice is so calming. This audiobook is worth everything and it would be useful to all who have trouble with their sleep. Great content.

Deep and Restful
I listened to Deep Sleep Hypnosis at bedtime for the last 5 nights and every time I fell asleep in minutes before I finished so I would say the audiobook is very successful and delivers. The author has a very soothing voice and the sounds are done very well. I would highly recommend trying it if you need to calm yourself down before bed.

GET YOUR REM SLEEP today
I have struggled with insomnia for many years and with the techniques that I learned from this book I was able to change my nighttime routine effectively in order to, fall asleep quickly and stay asleep for a longer period of time without tossing and turning at night. It is only a 2-chapter book and is very easy to listen to during a car ride or after a long day at work and you need to get to sleep fast or decompress easily. I absolutely love the voice of the female narrator essentially it felt like I was in a spa like environment just laying down in my bed with the background music playing while she was instructing me on how to breathe effectively to cause me into a deep REM sleep pattern quicker. In addition, I noticed that this week was the first week that I was able to remember portions of my dreams during the next day and I did not have to rely on my melatonin gummies to get to bed fast and wake up feeling well rested. Overall, if you have trouble sleeping this is a great read where you can relax and temporarily forget the daily stresses of life. You can also adjust the reading speed to suit your needs if you are a fast listener or a slow listener.
