Resumen del Editor

"Go to school and get an education" is what parents say, but what they mean is so much more. Every parent anticipates their child's last days before becoming a full-time student, balancing excitement, anxiety, and fear. Extinguish your fears, curb your anxiety, and revel in the excitement of knowing your child is ready by empowering them with the life-changing principles of Demand It.

Tough questions must be answered for the sake of our children’s future. Within this book, find those answers in a conversation between a parent and a child being entrusted to a flawed educational system. Have this conversation with your child to empower them to claim the education they were promised. Have this conversation and put your child on the path to a life of fulfillment.

Demand IT ---> Educational Ownership and Accountability

Demand It takes a granular look at how our education is a social performance of knowledge. For this information to have a lasting impact and real-world application for students, there are many stakeholders. Author, Daniel Manley masterfully and effectively examines the student and stakeholders alike and offers clarity for development and growth.

A must read.

This book put me in an instant state of reflection as I could not help but imagine the possibilities I could have been met with had I, or my parents, had this information when I was a child. Being able to share something like this with my own children and grandchildren brings me great joy as the questions that are answered in this book are the same questions I asked when I was in school. Considering the current state of affairs, as it pertains to our education system, those questions have never really been answered. This book does that, and much more, exceptionally well. If you are looking to set yourself or any child up in life with the "promise" of "education," you are setting yourself/them up for failure if you attempt to do it without reading this book first. This could really change lives.

This is THE book on Education for the 21st Century

One of the best books on self improvement and the best book on education I have ever read. The author’s definition of education is as profound and life changing as Simon Sink’s golden circle, Eckhart Tolle’s Power of Now, or the ubiquitous 7 Habits. Education is literally the most essential aspect of any measure of success in life, but no one has ever so clearly defined and practically laid out what it is to truly be “educated”. This book and it’s ideas and principles should be required reading for parents, students, and teachers. If you have kids or work with young people heading into schools you must read this. The audiobook is outstanding.
