excelentes recomendaciones de alimentación y ejercicio
el libro además de darte recomendaciones de cómo comer adecuadamente y cómo asegurar que al hacer ejercicio utilizamos la reserva calórica del cuerpo (grasa), también tiene explicaciones que te ayudan a comprender porqué rebotamos, porqué nos cuesta más trabajo bajar de peso después de muchos intentos, cuando no dormimos, etc. Me pareció muy valioso y definitivamente seguiré los consejos.
