Dopeman and the Preacher

In the intriguing novel Dopeman and the Preacher, two brothers fight hard to overcome the hardships of poverty in Southern Mississippi. They were small-time store boosters until Mr. Irons exposed them to the dope game. They went from thieves to bosses overnight, and their new team is now bound together by trust and commitment. Power, however, comes at a heavy cost.
