Dragon’s Mate is the first book in the Irresistible Dragons series. This is a spin-off from the Irresistible Omegas series, but you don’t need to have listened to that to enjoy these two as they find their way into love. The love story ends with an HEA, but the suspense plot will continue in the next book.

Amazing New Series! Brilliant Story & Narration🎧

Nora Phoenix’s “Irresistible Omegas” series was brilliant, and I was sad when it ended, but she lifted my spirits when she announced that there would be a spinoff and we were getting more in this amazing world she created, more amazing characters and storylines and dragons too. The world building continues in this book of the series, the Hayes pack had continued to grow, so they split off into another pack with Rhene Hightower as the pack alpha. When Riordan, one of their omegas, disappears, they go searching for him and what they stumble upon is quite surprising, a castle, and even more surprising how it is protected by magic. They tracked their omega to that location and Rhene gets past the magic thanks to Lidon, the true alpha. Rhene is not sure who or what these people are but they are not ordinary humans, at least one is friendly and helpful to him, Erwan, the one who rescued Riordan and the crown prince. Erwan’s over protective father, the king, has kept his family in isolation and away from the rest of the world for two hundred years. He is losing faith in his father and uncle and is wondering what is going on but rescuing the injured omega brings an alpha to his door and sheds a whole new light on things and it is time he finds out what is really going on, starting with what went on in the past. Fate has plans for these two and despite their differences, Erwan and Rhene hit it off and make a great team and it does not take long for them to realize there is something special between them. There is never a dull moment in this action packed, wonderfully written and cleverly plotted story, besides the romance between the two lead characters, this book lays the foundation for the rest of the series and some ongoing storylines, other characters and key players are introduced as well. I love how thorough Nora Phoenix is with her series and how she includes a character list and everything you need to know, so you never feel lost or like you missed something. This book is not a five star book, it is more like a ten star book. Thank you for another amazing story, I am looking forward to what comes next for these Irresistible Dragons and wolves too.

🎧📚🎧 And for the exceptional narration, John Solo did an amazing job bringing these characters and their story to life. He has a complete understanding of the characters he portrays, gives each a voice that fits the character’s persona, sounding believable in every role he plays. He sets the perfect tone for the story, handles the back-and-forth dialogue naturally and with ease. You could hear how much heart he puts into his work as he captures all the character’s emotions and projects them into his performance and has you feeling every single one. John Solo is an entertaining storyteller and a versatile voice artist, his narration enhances this outstanding story another level. Thank you for another brilliant listen.

Exciting opener for a sensational spinoff

If you fell in love with Irresistible Omegas series like I did then this new Dragon spinoff is for you! Set in the same world with many beloved familiar characters and new exciting ones , this series has it all! Dragons, wolves, vikings fated mates and dark magic. Need i say more ? Nora Phoenix and John Solo have done it again. Just could not put this one down and i cant wait for more ! Hats off to John for his incredible acting skills to vocalize SO MANY voices in one book! Incredible !

Interesting dragon tale

Nora writes an intriguing dragon romance in the present, interwoven with modern day society politics, which make it relatable. I love it when the writer can capture me and engage me in the story, building up a world for me to understand what goes on in the writer’s head when (in this case) she put her thought-out story on paper. I can follow and I like it. I’m going ahead to listen to the next book in the series. ❤️

Dragons

Ohh this was amazing. I was excited to listen to this spin off series and was not disappointed. The storyline was amazing full of surprises and suspense. There are surprises around the corner with a betrayal and lies but they get a super great ending leading to the next adventure. John has done a stunning job as always. Can’t wait for more.

Dramatic Meet Up

This was such a wonderful start to the new series. I love being able to see some of our friends from Irresistible Omegas. This story starts out with a very dramatic meet up. Once again you are given the chance to look at things from a different perspective. I can't wait for more of this series and find out what the dragons are up to.

The Dragon's have Arrived!

Hidden Castle suddenly appears? Sign Me Up!!! I absolutely love how this new series is so seamlessly woven into the end of the Irresistible Omegas series! Rhene is the Alpha of the new wolf pack formed from Lidon's ever growing pack! He gets magical passage into the hidden dragon castle to find his lost omega and that is where he meets Erwan our sweet, innocent Alpha Dragon. A blushing virgin Alpha! Too adorable how he only knew of the old fashion ways since he had been locked away in the castle for so long! His strength and determination once he meets Rhene is stunning to watch unfold. The chemistry between these two alphas was perfection! The awareness of rightness they both instantly feel is just as strong as the physical chemistry. They are somehow scorching hot and adorably sweet all rolled together. John our narrator totally brought these two and all of our surrounding pack members to life and I am very invested in everyone! Looking forward to this series!
