really!? I didnt want it to end!

ok, to start, I LOVE THIS SERIES!! so much to obsess over, the world building and "magic" structure is spot on and the characters are fully realized AND there are references to Supernatural!! I cant get enough, and that is why I have to say that this was more like a novella. yes its a crucial part of the whole storyline but there was alot of background and filler, I just felt like I wanted more after the momentum and pace of the previous book.... now that im done with that, i still have all the hope for Jesse' final run..my best to you Kory M. Shrum

Fast paced Action

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. This was the first book I have listened to by Kory Shrum. I love the fast paced action and can not wait to get caught up with this series. Hollie Jackson did a great job with the narration.

Outstanding Series

I have really been enjoying this sci-fi paranormal fantasy storyline. This is book 6 of 7 in this series. (Please start with book 1 and listen in order to get the best experience out of this series). Series has plenty of action with a few twists and turns and yes, this book has a big cliffhanger at the end. (Most likely to preparing you for the finale in the next/last book). It is hard to find a place to pause throughout all 7 books (cause you want to know more). I have grown to love many of the characters. All with quite different personalities. The narrator does a superb job in making this storyline come to life and you can easily differentiate each character’s voice. I highly recommend this series, you will not be disappointed.

I amso behind in this series but I have to say, jumping in at this book was addicting and I will be getting my hands and ears on this whole series. The narrator did an amazing job with this story bringing these characters to life and giving them each emotions and their own voice. This was my first time reading/listening to a story by this author, I am definently a fan. 5 Amazing stars!!!
