Being proactive involves thinking ahead of events that are expected to occur. It is essential for thwarting results that can be described as disastrous. In order for you to have a future that is adequately planned, and effective systems on the job as well as for studying, planning can certainly make life easier and more manageable for you as well as anyone else involved in this process.
A lot of employees and employers desire to work with individuals who are proactive because they are the ones that come up with creative actions and ideas to make living and work easier.
Empathy can be described as being sensitive to or conscious of and also carefully analyzing the experience, thoughts, and feelings of someone else, whether this person is having this experience presently or was affected by it some time ago.
This is essentially using compassion in communication with other individuals. The effective leader, employee, or companion should be aware that there are times when obstacles such as judgment, discrimination, and bias will thwart the development of the emphatic process. If this should happen, the issue should be addressed to allow the process to continue to flow.
