“You’ve Got This. You’re Almost There.”
As I sat on the couch, the kids already in bed, I knew she was right. Feeling exhausted after a full day’s work, my wife asked me to come to bed. I tried to pretend that everything was okay, but in my heart, I didn’t know if that was true. Staring at our bank account slipping to zero, I felt like a failure–as a father, a husband, as well as a business owner. As I was considering giving up on our business dreams, her words and wisdom were all that I needed to press forward.
Brian and Mary Jo Sullivan learned how to balance faith, family, and a business the hard way. Brian had three young children at home when he started his engineering firm. He knows the challenge of working more than one hundred hours a week, having his children wonder if he lives at the office, and attempting to live out his faith all at the same time.
Harmonizing faith, family, and entrepreneurship can be difficult. However, Brian and Mary Jo discovered a way to do it, and use each one to multiply the others. In Entrepreneurial Trinity, the couple shares their story to help you:
