If you’re a dynamo with kids in tow, Executive Motherhood has the answers.

Executive Motherhood provides a one-of-a-kind toolkit for women who want to upgrade both their professional ambitions and their family lives. Ashley Quinto Powell combines 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive, 10 years of raising two stellar kids, and the satisfaction of being married to a very hunky husband to the inspiring stories, practical tips, and unparalleled advice contained within.

Executive Motherhood digs deep into:

  • Why we need women in the room—and at the top
  • How to have it all, without doing it all
  • The importance of a powerful network and how to build it
  • Moving beyond “imposter syndrome”
  • Salary negotiations and understanding your real value
  • Redefining “mom,” as a mother and as an employer
  • Sharing responsibilities, and successes, with your partner
  • And much, much more

The road to the top will definitely be bumpy, especially with babies on board, but Executive Motherhood is the best companion for the ride.

An outstanding, must read for all the driven women out there!

Executive Motherhood was a refreshingly honest, insightful & inspiring book! As a driven woman who’s worked tirelessly to continue to reach new levels of success professionally, while balancing marriage, motherhood & societal expectations this will be a book I come back to for the much needed reminders it provides. Additionally, the author provided one of the best narrations

A well received recommendation

This book was recommended to me by a mentor. It was everything she said it was going to be and more. It’s refreshingly sad to realize so many women go through so many of the same struggles related to their career, motherhood, pay, self talk. It felt like a candid conversation with a friend that knew my life experiences. When I finish the book I immediately sent it to 4 women I felt could relate and another contemplating starting a family.

We need more open and honest conversations with and about the challenges and opportunities women face.

No nonsense advice and inspiration for everyone

I absolutely loved this book. Not just because Ashley is a bonafide powerhouse, but because it brought a very fresh perspective to executive women in the workforce, and the people that support and empower us in our journeys. You don't have to be a mom to appreciate this book, though it made me appreciate those who are even more, but at a very specific level and not just some pedestal of working motherhood.

It's also awesome that Ashley narrates her own book, and in this format I felt like I was sitting across from her having a conversation over coffee.
